After the Paris Attacks...

Hurt people, hurt others. We have all heard of this saying.

"Anger is simply a manifestation of hurt, fear, or frustration." - Dr. Phil

A couple days after the Paris attacks by ISIS, I wonder how humanity can create heaven on earth. To answer this question, I turn to Bashar, an individual whom I consider to be a life teacher. I am curious to know his wisdom on evil, darkness, and negative energies.

When we hurt others, we are attempting to reconnect with others in the only way we know how to - at the moment. If we felt connected with others, we would naturally want to love them back. We would not want to hurt or kill others. Even if what you believed on core issues are different from another, i.e., religion, you will still respect them and you will care for them. So in essence, when we are hurting, we are trying to reconnect with others with a really poor tool - anger, lashing out.

There is wisdom in this quote:

"If you want to awaken all of humanity, then awaken all of yourself. If you want to eliminate the suffering in the world. then eliminate all that is dark and negative in yourself. Truly, the greatest gift you have to give is that of your own self-transformation"
- Lao Tzu

If  we can love and respect ourselves, we can love and respect others. When we show unconditional love and respect to others, we teach and enforce unconditional love in them, and in turn, they will do the same for those they encounter. When we love ourselves, we will not feel the need to control, or dominate others. Those who try and gain power, who try to control or dominate others, are ironically saying to others, I have NO POWER, so I need to force myself upon you or the situation.

Well how do we love others in the first place? Can we really choose who we connect with? We act accordingly not to what we know is true, but what we feel to be true. Our feelings are directly linked to our beliefs and viewpoints. How can we shift our beliefs? By having new experiences that overtake that old belief. When enough people are convinced of a belief, we reach a critical mass.

"Nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has finally come." - Victor Hugo

We don't think about it every time we communicate directly or indirectly with someone else, but we influence them, and they influence us. That affects their beliefs on some level. This is why Lao Tzu's wisdom is truth. When we radiate unconditional love, naturally, without trying to be consciously aware of it every interaction, we will naturally affect those we pass by in a powerful and positive way. And when that individual experiences enough of that, their old beliefs stooped in negativity will be replaced. And when they radiate with compassion and caring, we will reach heaven on earth.

Despite the negativity of the some of the things around the world, I have an intuitive sense that humanity's collective energy is more positive than negative as of now, and will grow in the times to come. I can't prove it, but...

call me psychic.

“There are two basic motivating forces: fear and love. When we are afraid, we pull back from life. When we are in love, we open to all that life has to offer with passion, excitement, and acceptance. We need to learn to love ourselves first, in all our glory and our imperfections. If we cannot love ourselves, we cannot fully open to our ability to love others or our potential to create. Evolution and all hopes for a better world rest in the fearlessness and open-hearted vision of people who embrace life.”

Create the Future You Want By

I once read from Erin Pavlina's blog that you can't have what you can't hold. Prayer that focuses on wanting something we currently perceive as a lack, only emphasizes to the universe and our higher selves, that we lack what we want. According to Erin and other spiritual teachers such as Bashar, the quickest way to get from point A to point B, is to know that we are powerful beings in the sense that we select which parallel reality we exist in in every moment. Every moment! Every moment, we are shifting into reality after reality, and we choose every second of our lives, what reality we select into our consciousness. Once we select ourselves into another reality, we may not perceive it as shifting into a different reality because the differences are so minute and we do not notice. Bashar states that we can select which realtiy we want to be in! We can choose to shift into the reality that we want, or not! Both exist! We are shifting into realities every second countless times, and we CAN CHOOSE! You do not need to learn how to shift, as we shift ALL THE TIME, every second, according to Bashar. Those familiar with the work of Dolores Cannon understand this concept as well. The concept that we create a new reality/parallel reality every time we make a decision, no matter how small or insignificant of a decision we perceive it to be!

So to get from where we are now, to where we want to be, is not to focus on the idea that we do not have it. We focus on emotions, visualizations, and live in the imagination and day dream of what if FEELS like to already be there! When we do this, not only do we use the law of attraction, but we are guaranteed to get to point B the fastest and surest path possible! Bashar says to never make detailed plans for the future beyond a general plan or sketch, for our conscious minds are not capable to lead us efficiently, but when we feel that what we want is already here, ie through day dreams, visualizations, and feeling those desires, we are shifting into that reality at that moment! The concept of all of time existing simultaneously is not something new to not only metaphysical and spiritual teachers, but also to many scientists, including Einstein who is in fact the originator of the idea of time being an Illusion.

"BRIAN GREENE: And this fusion of space and time would lead Einstein to perhaps the most mind-bending realization of all: the sharp difference we see between past, present and future may only be an illusion."

http://www.pbs.org/wgbh/nova/physics/fabric-of-cosmos.html#fabric-time

If time is all existing right NOW, then it wouldn't be unreasonable to believe that we can tune into time in the "future", as it is not really in the future, but it is all happening in the present moment.

We can now see why so many self-improvement gurus and spiritual teachers, especially Bashar, teaches us to follow our passion - whatever we are inspired by to do moment to moment <-- http://www.projectglobalawakening.com/2013/12/11/let-inspiration-guide-you/

Passion translates to motivation and desire, burning desire. You naturally day dream about what you love to do. You naturally visualize what you want to succeed at, thus "attracting what you want" and shifting into that reality at that moment. Most often times, it seems like our conscious minds get in the way of where we want to get to. Because we believe we have to figure out all the steps we need to take to get there, something the conscious mind does. But as Bashar states, when you let go of the need to know everything of how you will get there, you will focus on the emotions of what it is like to already hold what you want, and that will inspire you to take the step led from inspiration, that the universe in all it's perfect synchroncity and alignment is leading you to take, and you will get there, because the universe is showing the way...

Great Spiritual Insights From "Beyond Our Sight"

The Following gems of Wisdom and Insight are from a documentary called "Beyond Our Sight"  by Anthony Chene

"The very first experience I had, in my first near-death experience, when I left the automobile, was exactly the, -what I call almost a human desire to reach those that I loved and who loved me and let them know that yes, I had just left the body, but I was in such peace and grace and light and love that they should have no anxiety about where I am. They can have human sadness that i've left that form, and they should have no sadness about where I am. That was the very first thing I wished I could communicate to them."

"I now know, or believe based on my own experience, that there is much that we cannot see but we can feel. So when I hear things like the string theory and others and quantum physics, all of it are examples of science beginning to understand and to explain what until now has never been able to be explained."

"And physics says we have 7 levels in string theory and 1 more level in M-theory for a total of 11 dimensions. Those 8 extra dimensions which we have not discerned are the dark energy, the 96% of the universe that we cannot yet even detect but we know mathematically that it's there from our astronomy. We know that the dark energy and the dark matter exist and make up 96% of the universe, which we don't yet see. There's a lot of room for a lot of afterlife and a lot of different levels out there. But the materialist scientists, who only want 3D, they won't look at it. They won't even – “No, it's a bunch of baloney.” They don't even look. They just say, “No good. Impossible. I'm not even going to look at it.” Well how do they know it's impossible? They see 4% of the universe, and the rest of it's impossible. That's ridiculous. We have to remember that it's not in our 4%. We can't know it all yet, but we're now at a point where we are making beachheads on a new territory, those other dimensions... They still have their careers. They're still worried about everyone else thinking they're crazy. So they are careful about saying things, and I understand that, but more of them should have a little more courage and say, 'I don't know everything. I'm going to look instead of saying it's impossible.' They should look."

"Most scientists tend to be pretty smart, and the smarter you are, the easier it is to fall in love with a theory, and theories are explanations. They make us feel comfortable in the world, so if you spend your entire adult life learning about a certain description of the way that the world works, you begin to be comfortable with that, and after a while, you begin to see the world in those terms. I happen to have a lot of friends who are theorists who can only see the world through their theory. So it is that combined also with a certain social taboo about what you're allowed to talk about in science and what you are not."

"I think when you are a scientist working on the edge of the known, if you really require certainty to feel comfortable, you're in the wrong business, because most of the time, you begin to recognize, when you're studying over the edge of what is know, nobody knows what's going on."

"My experience in the light enabled me to feel a deeper sense of spirituality less defined by any one religion or another. So all religions, in my opinion and experience, have true spirituality at the core, and all religions, to different degrees and in different ways, are guilty of a form of righteousness that has the details of their description be perceived of as the correct ones and the others the wrong ones. So the more we come together as one and realize the common goals that we have and listen to each others' spirituality and whatever we believe, actually, we will start to learn that, at the core, we are all feeling and believing mostly the same things, and the details that are different aren't actually so important that they deserve killing one another over them."

"There's a huge change in human consciousness now compared to the past, and continues to change. And now that we are beginning to talk more openly about it, then we are better able to hear and understand and believe other people's experiences and talk more ourselves about it. And that change is happening very quickly."

"I tell my clients that I can predict, but I cant make it happen. So when you come to me for a reading I give you a snapshot of what I see as a possibility. It's up to the client to create it. We project our own energy. Have you ever had a day that just started out to be the absolute worst day and mood and it just progressed throughout the entire day? That's because your energy is progressing negativity... you state what you want your day to be."

"There are only two ways, fear and love, nothing else. The rest doesn't exist, and fear is false. We use it, 'False Evidence Appearing Real.' That's what fear is. It's not real."

What Would You Do If You Knew You Could Not Fail?

"What would I do if I knew I could not fail? The answer is several folds. One, I would live a life full of adventure. I would be climbing mountains, and challenging myself in nature through adventure sports and activities. But that can't be it. There is something even more to my life than just that. I really want to be a person who will be remembered for making positive, memorable differences in the lives of others. For one, I want to be a travel nurse. I want to travel nation-wide and internationally and see where that takes me. Then the idea of being a flight nurse has always intrigued me since the inception of that idea was implanted in my mind during my Junior year of nursing school. In addition, I want to learn all about spirituality, as I believe it is the essence of all life and matter in the universe. I want to learn and teach others about how science and spirituality are merging together. I want to learn about the powers that our ancient, indigenous world cultures have always said. I want to learn the different powerful healing techniques, abilities, and modalities to help better the lives of others. I want to teach others these healing modalities, and the different, powerful possibilities that can exist with embracing the true nature of spirituality. I want to be a role model for others of practicing compassion, unconditional love, and show others how great we can all be.

I want to explore in my mind and the world out there. I want to explore possibilities that expand our understanding of who we are, who we can be, what we can do, and where we have come from. I want to understand the nature of reality. I want to be enlightened and know it all. I want to feel the awe and amazement that comes with realizing how amazing all of life and reality is. I want to be fascinated, amazed and awe-inspired. I want to explore, play, grow, transform, love, and be loved.

That's what I really want to do with my life. I think that would be a life well-lived for me. However that description of the dream for me is huge. It's like asking oneself, if I want to climb Mount Everest within the next year, how would I do it? I guess the answer is to take the dream one step at a time."

"What's The Most Important Thing In Your Life?" Response

I've been thinking about the question of "what's most important thing to you in your life?". This question is percolating in my consciousness after watching a documentary on Navy Seals, and trying to understand to the best of my assumptions of why the job description of a special forces operator is so enticing to them while the job requires impossible to fathom effort, persistence, and desire to even achieve.

To answer the question, I think there is no one right answer. Often times we fall into the trap of wanting the perfect answer that would fit for all situations and for everyone. I do think it is highly important to understand our values and to listen to our emotions as an internal compass to guide us. For some people, at some areas of their life, they will value freedom, spontaneity, independence over stability and routine. And when you know what you value, in combination with knowing what you desire, your path regarding life, meaning, purpose, becomes pretty clear. When people want to know regarding the question of life purpose, I think we are again falling into the trap of wanting the perfect answer. We think, "No, there has to be one perfect mission as to why I am here on earth!" Well, for some, maybe. For others, there will be more than one, and ranging to multiple. For a person like me who is spiritual, and believes in life plans, karma, I believe that we all incarnate with intentions when coming here and we have free will to make decisions along the way, mixed with certain life events we agreed upon before incarnating to happen, occur, and manifest, no matter if we see it as good or bad from our limited perspective. Some people will have a clear mission/purpose that they will find themselves strongly influenced into, while others will have several. Some people are here to play, while others are here to work, and others are here to work and play. How can we know what we are each here to do? I think Heather Shea's Becoming Your Higher Self is a great step towards listening to our inner voice/ higher self to guide us properly. We have free will to make decisions and run the maze of life, trying to find our happiness, but why not be guided to the path that will make us find our bliss and happiness in the most direct and fastest way possible?

I think knowing our values, and listening to our internal compass are the two most important things towards finding a great path, one that we intended on being on, and that will bring us forms of happiness in our lives, regardless if that feeling of happiness comes from meaning, purpose, personal growth, relationships, contribution,..

It is important to keep in check certain types of desires, when I say, listen to our internal compasses (emotions). Emotions like ecstasy from sex, power, and desires that are more likely to result in some form of negative consequence if not controlled properly, do have there values in them. Often times these types of desires are great motivators short term, whereas, for example, wanting to be in good health, is something we all want, but does not help too much in terms of motivation in the short term perspective. So these desires that need to be properly controlled do have there time, place, worth, and value, but do need to be kept in check. Desires and human needs such as personal growth, contribution, and having strong relationships are desires and needs that are less likely to result in negative consequences and are more of what is called/labeled as "spiritual emotions", for good reason.

At the end of the day, it pays to know your values, and to listen to your emotions and know that they serve to guide you, whether you believe in a higher power, or not.
